The following outlines what is an acceptable Patriot Fastback Warranty item. 

1. Bubbling or peeling paint (if applied by us)

2. Cracked fiberglass due to manufacturing defect

3. Delamination of fiberglass

4. Window comes unsealed or unglued, due to a manufacturing defect

5. Carpeted headliner fails due to manufacturing defect

The following outlines what is an unacceptable Patriot Fastback Warranty item. 

1. Leaks of any kind around window seals, gaskets and weather stripping

2. Misaligned top, due to vehicle going off-road or being involved in any accident

3. Tops failure to bolt properly in place, due to vehicle being off-road or in an accident

4. Leaks caused by improper installation

5. Shipping damage not claimed or refused by purchaser, unless authorized by Patriot Fastbacks.

6. Any hardtop modified in anyway, to include cutting, adding to or taking away of materials to accommodate any racks, lightbars, sunroofs, moon roofs or any other modifications.

7. Any top shipped as primer or unpainted: It is unreasonable to ask Patriot Fastbacks to warranty any paint or surface area that has been painted or modified by an outside company. Furthermore, Patriot Fastbacks will not warranty any leaks, imperfections, blemishes, fading or paint bubbling from any outside person or company that has applied the weather stripping or gaskets on their own. 

8. FITMENT ISSUES- If you own a Jeep, it has been off-road, in an accident, lifted, modified and/or any other modification, other than OEM, the fitment will be custom. You will have to modify the part for proper fitment. You will have to do some or all, to include, but not limited to, trimming, realignment, door alignment, windshield frame realignment and adding or subtracting gasket material.

Your new Patriot Fastbacks hardtop, hood, fenders have a warranty length of 90 days from the time you receive it. Any warrantable item outside of that timeline will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

All returns must have prior authorization from Patriot Fastbacks and be assigned a RMA number. Every item that is authorized for return, must be in its original crating/packaging. Anything other than the original packaging will be considered a violation and will be null and void. Certain circumstances will be considered, but must be agreed upon prior to shipping by Patriot Fastbacks.
