Return Policy
Return Authorizations
ALL items to be returned must have a Return Authorization number, prior to returning the item.
ALL items to be returned must be in there original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Obtaining a Return Authorization number:
Contact Patriot Fastbacks Customer Service at customerservice@patriotfastbacks.com and state the request for item return. Please provide pictures, video and anything else that may assist in the process. Unless you receive prior authorization, ALL shipping cost will be the senders responsibility, we will not accept freight COD. If the return is determined to be authorized and the item is under warranty, the sender will be credited the shipping amount for future purchases.
